Consultation
A Thoughtful Space to Think Alongside Your Work
Welcome - I'm glad you're here. I offer clinical consultation for therapists who want a grounded, experienced perspective on their work. Whether you're feeling stuck with a case, noticing something in the relational field you can't quite name, or looking for ways to move beyond purely cognitive approaches, this is a space to think carefully and collaboratively about what's happening in the room.
My consultation draws from over a decade of clinical experience and integrates training in Internal Family Systems (Level 2, ACC-track), somatic and mindfulness-based approaches including Hakomi, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and art therapy (ATR-BC). I bring particular interest in subcortical and body-based processing, therapist parts that activate in session, and the use of imagery and symbolic expression as clinical tools.

What We can Explore Together
Consultation is collaborative and reflective rather than prescriptive. Clinicians often bring:
-
Cases that feel stuck or that have plateaued cognitively
-
Questions about relational dynamics and parallel process
-
Therapist parts activated by a particular client or clinical situation
-
Interest in integrating somatic, experiential, or arts-based approaches
-
Complex trauma presentations and nervous system-informed case conceptualization
-
IFS facilitation questions, including working with protectors, exiles, and Self-energy in session
Who This is For
This space is well-suited for licensed therapists and graduate-level interns who are curious about depth-oriented, experiential, or body-based approaches — particularly those already working with IFS, somatic modalities, or trauma-informed frameworks and looking to deepen that integration.
